Meet Dr. Abbie
Hello and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Dr. Abbie Siudzinski (Suh-jin-ski)—I promise it’s easier once you hear it! I can’t wait to get to know you, but first, here’s a little about me.
I’m a board-certified naturopathic doctor and my passion is providing individualized care where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported throughout your health journey. I believe medicine is never "one-size-fits-all", and my approach centers on using effective, personalized therapies that align with your unique needs and goals. I love empowering patients through education so you can better understand your health and feel confident in your treatment process. I believe that God designed our bodies with an incredible ability to heal when given the right support. It’s a privilege to help guide and encourage that process in the patients I serve.
My interest in naturopathic medicine began with my own experiences as a patient. After navigating several health challenges, I discovered that a natural approach provided the answers and support I had been searching for—leading to significant improvements in my health. That experience inspired me to help others find the same relief and healing.
Outside of the clinic, I love spending time with my family—my husband, our baby girl, and our two dogs. I also enjoy relaxing on the lake, going for walks, and baking whenever I get the chance.

What is Naturopathic Medicine?
Naturopathic medicine is a licensed healthcare system that emphasizes personalized assessment, prevention, and natural therapeutic options. It integrates traditional healing methods with modern research to support wellness through an individualized plan.
Establishing the Conditions for Health
At the core of naturopathic medicine is the goal of establishing the conditions needed for optimal health. The body has an impressive capacity to restore balance when given the right support. These supportive conditions include nourishing nutrition, restorative sleep, a healthy environment, stress management, and habits that encourage long-term well-being.
Supporting Organ Systems
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, naturopathic medicine considers how your organ systems are functioning as a whole. Because these systems work together, an imbalance in one area can influence the rest. By supporting the areas that need attention, care can help promote better overall function while decreasing symptoms.
Principles of Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine is guided by six core principles: Do No Harm, Treat the Root Cause, Prevent Disease, Educate Patients, Support the Body’s Natural Healing, and Treat the Whole Person. Together, they provide gentle, holistic care that promotes long-term health and balance.
Naturopathic Education
Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) first earn a bachelor’s degree, then go on to complete a rigorous four-year doctoral program at an accredited naturopathic medical school. This education includes at least 4,100 hours of academic coursework and hands-on clinical training. Throughout their studies, NDs learn both conventional and naturopathic approaches to assessment and care, allowing them to blend modern understanding with natural therapies.
