Naturopathic Assessment

In your first visit, a comprehensive assessment is taken, gathering detailed information and objective data to create a complete picture of your health. This careful evaluation forms the basis for a tailored plan designed for your long-term wellness.

Detailed History

A thorough health history is the foundation of every assessment provided. Time is taken to explore your current concerns, past medical events and lab results, lifestyle, nutrition, stress levels, and family history. This comprehensive conversation supports a deeper understanding of the underlying patterns affecting your well-being and guides a personalized care plan.

Physical Exam

A physical examination provides valuable insight into your overall health. Depending on your needs, this may include assessing vital signs, posture, abdominal health, neurological function, and other standard exam components. These observations help identify both obvious and subtle signs of imbalance.

Bloodwork

Blood testing offers objective information about key health markers such as nutrient status, metabolic function, inflammation, and hormonal balance. Conventional lab testing is used to support accurate assessment and to help track progress over time. Results are reviewed with you in detail so you clearly understand what they mean for your health.

Functional Testing

Functional testing goes beyond conventional labs to explore how your body is functioning on a deeper level. Depending on your case, this may include stool analysis, advanced hormone testing, assessing for toxins, or other specialized assessments. These tools help uncover root causes that may not appear in standard tests.

Imaging

Imaging studies such as X-rays, ultrasounds, or MRIs may be recommended when additional structural or diagnostic information is needed. When appropriate, coordination with imaging centers or your primary care provider can be done to obtain and review these results, ensuring a complete picture of your health.

Treatment Strategies

Our treatment strategies are personalized to help you feel your best. Each method offers a supportive, natural way to encourage your body’s own healing processes.

Herbal Medicine

Herbs can support the body’s natural processes by gently guiding them rather than forcing change. This may include pre-formulated supplements, custom tinctures, or thoughtfully selected herbal teas.

Nutritional Supplementation

Targeted supplementation can help fill nutrient gaps, support specific physiological functions, or complement lifestyle and dietary changes.

Nutrition

By understanding your dietary habits, preferences, and challenges, we work together to create a nourishing approach that supports energy, digestion, mood, and long-term wellness. The focus is on whole foods, sustainable changes, and improving your relationship with what you eat.

Homeopathy

Homeopathy is a gentle, individualized approach that uses highly diluted natural substances to help stimulate the body’s self-regulating abilities. Remedies are selected based on your unique symptoms and patterns, aiming to support balance and vitality with minimal intervention.

Lifestyle Counseling

Lifestyle counseling looks at the daily habits that influence your well-being—including sleep, stress, movement, and environmental factors. Together, we identify supportive strategies that fit your life, helping you build routines that foster resilience, balance, and long-term health.
